The Survivors Access Financial Empowerment (SAFE) Research & Evaluation Request for Proposal is available. The contract will begin December 1, 2024 and end no later than May 31, 2025, with funding up to $125,250.
All documents must be submitted by no later than 4 pm (local time) on October 4, 2024.
