Training: Sexual Violence 101

This training is for staff, supervisors, and administrators who work in local districts, private nonprofit agencies, municipalities (city, county and state), HRA, ASC, and other professionals who provide assistance to survivors of gender-based and sexual violence.

This 60 minute web-based training is a basic introduction to gender-based and sexual violence including definitions, defining consent and statistics. This training will also include: • Types of sexual violence • Understanding its impact • New York State resources
