SAAM 2025
April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month

Graphic reading April is Sexual Assault Awareness Month, promoting education and prevention of sexual violence through awareness campaigns.

Sexual Assault Awareness Month (SAAM) is an opportunity to raise up survivor voices and recognize all those who have been impacted by sexual violence. This April, OPDV is inviting you to be a part of our Power Down Speak Up campaign, with new resources available related to technology-facilitated abuse. Share our social media graphics, visit the New York State Denim Day Exhibit, download the Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence Brochure, take the Spot the Deepfakes Quiz, and join New York in being an ally this April and all year long!
