Sexual Assault Awareness Month is an opportunity to raise up survivor voices and recognize all those who have been impacted by sexual violence. This April, OPDV is focusing on “Dating in the Digital." We will be exploring positive, healthy digital boundaries like understanding virtual consent, and the dangers such as AI-generated deepfakes and sextortion. Throughout the month, we invite you to post social media graphics with resources, wear teal on Wear Teal Day and denim on Denim Day, use our digital dating filters, and learn more about sexual violence in the digital age, and join New York to become an ally this April, and all year long!
